Terms of Service
Please review the following terms prior to requesting a freelance digital design commission
-Invoices are processed securely via Ko-Fi. Payment must be completed before the digital illustration process begins, following our initial consultation and reference review.-Cancellations & Refunds: Due to the custom nature of freelance digital art, refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. If a commission is canceled after work has already commenced, refunds may not be available or will be prorated based on the work completed.-The final product is a high-resolution digital file (PNG/JPG). It will be delivered electronically via secure Email or Google Drive link.-Please note: This is a digital service. No physical items will be shipped.-You are welcome to reupload and share the final digital artwork, provided proper credit is given.-Removing, altering, or covering my watermark/signature is strictly prohibited.-The artwork may NOT be used as training material for generative AI models.-I reserve the right to share the commissioned artwork or work-in-progress (WIP) previews on my professional social media portfolio.-I reserve the right to decline any commission request.-I do not create content that violates standard Acceptable Use Policies, including illegal content, extreme violence, or hateful imagery. (Note: I also do not draw mecha, elderly characters, or overly masculine figures).
